Causes of brake noise and how to prevent it

The brakes are among the parts that cannot be dispensed with in the car, and the car cannot be used without them. Also, when there is a problem with it, this problem must be solved immediately, because it is the first means of protection in the car in any confrontation, so it must be taken care of and take care of its regular maintenance.
But sometimes the brakes become annoying because of the noise emitted by them when you press them when trying to stop the car or slow down.
This noise is like whistling as the leader is confused about the reasons for this sound, so we will explain in this article the reasons for the next whistling that comes from the brakes to solve this problem before it escalates and affects the rest of the parts.
1- The vibration of the bolts connecting the drums to the tires or moving them from their place may cause the movement of the drums, which leads to a loud whistling sound when the brake pedal is pressed, so you must make sure that the bolts are well connected.
2- Grease can be used as an insulating layer separating the staple from the drums. This prevents the annoying sound coming from friction between the staples and the drums. This is done by painting the staples with a layer of grease and leaving it for a while until it dries completely, thus creating the insulating layer. This process can be repeated whenever the sound is repeated.
3- This sound could be due to the erosion of the brake lining and the layer made of it, as the sound is due to the friction of the metal piece in the lining with the drums.
4- Neglecting the periodic maintenance of the brakes may lead to damage to the drums, and this causes an annoying sound and must be changed immediately. The installation of a bad type of staple also affects the life of the taps, so a good type of staple must be chosen to ensure, because it affects the taps as we mentioned before and the cost is higher.
5- If you notice lines such as drilling on the drums in a circular motion, you must go by car to a specialized mechanic to turn the drum and flatten it so that it can be used again.
