The servo is one of the most important components of the brake system in the car, and it is the part responsible for helping the driver to stop the car when pressing the brake pedal.

Signs of damage to the brake servo in the car

Car maintenance experts confirm that there are a number of signs that indicate the beginning of damage to the brake servo in the car, and the most important of these signs are the following:

Brake pedal stiffness, which causes the car to not stop when the brakes are applied.

It does not return to normal when the brake pedal is depressed while driving.

A defect in the number of engine revs, as indicated by the rise in the RBM meter indicator,  whether when traveling or in the case of idle speeds when the car is stopped.
