International Monetary to raise fuel prices…. Watch out for these things with your car

After the recommendations of the “International Monetary” to raise fuel prices…. Watch out for these things with your car

after recommendations

The International Monetary Fund criticized the government for its delay in implementing the fuel price liberalization plan, which requires raising fuel prices, especially after it became exposed to cost increases due to global prices.

It is worth noting that the government announced the partial lifting of subsidies on the prices of petroleum derivatives during the month of June, bringing the price of a liter of gasoline 80 to 3.65 , after it was sold at 2.35, as well as a liter of gasoline 92, whose market price became 5 after it was sold. Before the increase, its price was 3.5. As for diesel, the price of a liter is now 3.65 instead of 2.35.

In this regard, a number of car experts have issued a set of caveats that can reduce fuel consumption in the car, and the most important of these caveats are the following:

1- Be careful when driving at high speeds

As specialists emphasized that driving at high speeds leads to an increase in fuel consumption in the car, it is therefore recommended not to exceed 120 km / h while driving.

2- Be careful not to open the car windows

Opening all car windows increases the resistance of the car body to the air, which requires an increase in the car’s fuel consumption to reach the required speed.

3- Overloading

It is common knowledge that excessive loads in the car lead to increased fuel consumption in the car, so it is recommended to get rid of it first and not leave it for a long time in the car

4- car air conditioner

One of the things that increases the rate of car fuel consumption is the use of the car air conditioner at low temperatures, so it is recommended to use it at medium temperatures.

5- Tire pressure

Where the unbalanced tire pressure in the tires leads to an increase in the rate of fuel consumption in the car, it is therefore recommended to adjust the air pressure inside the tires in the car continuously.
