A set of leaked spy photos of the 2022 Japanese Honda Passport has been spotted undergoing testing with a slightly hidden front end, a mid-size SUV, updated with a new facelift design.
The company has developed the Honda Passport, which appears to be production-ready, to come different from the previous version with exterior and interior aesthetic upgrades, a more robust and durable appearance, new wheel designs, as well as technologies, safety and entertainment factors to meet all user needs.

Honda Passport 2022
- It is a two-row version of the distinctive sport crossover, featuring a more solid appearance with spacious interior and 41.2 cubic feet of cargo space to provide a sophisticated driving experience.
- Front-wheel drive is standard, while all-wheel drive will be an option as well.
- It is considered one of the best four-wheel drive models, and is characterized by its ability to take on the most difficult tasks and travel on all kinds of dirt and sand roads with ease and comfort, making it more suitable for the family.
- It will be available in four base trims: Sport, EX-L, Touring and Luxury Elite.
- The company hasn’t announced a release date for the 2022 model yet, but we expect the new car to appear either later this year or early 2022.

The 2022 Honda Passport will be available at a starting price of $35,000 excluding a destination fee of $1,225.

- Through the leaked images, we notice some changes in the exterior design, where the Honda Passport 2022 comes with a wonderful sporty exterior design and a muscular appearance inspired by the design of its updated sister Ridge Line, and it also comes with modern touches with some sharp lines and wrinkles and an antenna inspired by shark fins.
- It features a modern front end exterior look, a sturdy chassis and a more aggressive square-shaped grille that is smaller than its predecessor after ditching the three-row horizontal Pilot bars surrounded by new, sharper LED headlights with deeper DRLs and roof bars.
- The update adds a redesigned bonnet that is more upright than the previous version, a new front bumper that’s wider than before, fog lights, front fender vents, and new Ridgeline-inspired side vents.
- The rear of the car has also been spotted. Things remain very simple, with LED taillights containing new lenses, below which is a new bumper and large circular exhaust outlets instead of the current oval outlets.
- The car is based on newly designed 20-inch wheels in a two-spoke set.

Interior Design
- Although the leaked footage does not provide a glimpse of the interior of the 2022 Honda Passport, we haven’t seen the interior yet, but it is expected that it will be equipped with a luxurious interior that is more advanced as its predecessor, better quality materials, new improved graphics and simpler icons.
- With some updates to the infotainment programs and the cabin, which offers spacious interior spaces for up to five people.
- The interior will likely be equipped with a slightly modified infotainment interface for the infotainment system that consists of an 8-inch screen with easier-to-use touch control for the audio display system.
- The front seats are comfortable, electrically adjustable, with heating and cooling, and the rear seats fold down.

- The latest tech innovations such as a 7-speaker or 10-speaker stereo, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, wireless charging, a Wi-Fi hotspot, USB ports, satellite radio, a navigation system, and more are also available.
- The car will have many additional equipment and features such as push-button start, dual-zone automatic climate control, panoramic sunroof and hands-free electric tailgate.
