German Porsche has officially launched the 2022 Turbo GT version of the Porsche Cayenne Coupe 2022 for fast driving enthusiasts.
It was unveiled globally at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in Britain last July.
The newest version of the Porsche Cayenne Coupe ranks as a high-performance SUV, and is the fastest production Porsche SUV in the world to date.
Although it is Porsche’s fastest SUV, but it is not the most powerful, this title was awarded to the Porsche Cayenne Turbo S E-Hybrid Hybrid Coupe, which has 671 hp of power, but is slower than the GT Turbo because of its greater weight, accelerating from 0 – 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds.

The Porsche Cayenne 2022 is classified as a four-seater SUV model of the Porsche Cayenne model, with extensive updates to the chassis, engine and suspension of this new model.
It competes with many luxury cars, most notably the Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S Coupe, BMW X6 M Competition, Lamborghini Urus, Audi RSQ8 with 600 horsepower and Jeep Grand Cherokee.

EXTERIOR DESIGN
- As shown in the pictures, the new Turbo GT looks similar to the standard turbo coupe, as it derives design elements from it, but there are some updates to the chassis.
- The car is lower to the ground by 17 mm compared to the Cayenne Turbo, and lightweight carbon fiber was used in abundance, in the manufacture of the roof, side mirror covers and the lower front cladding, and a carbon fiber rear diffuser as well.
- The front bumper has also been reworked to be different from other Cayennes, with larger air intakes that suck in air to cool the engine.
- The side profile is complemented by standard 22-inch high-performance lightweight wheels finished in Satin Gold, framed by 315/30 Pirelli P Zero Corsa rear wheels and 285/35 Profile front wheels.
- All the way to the rear is a modified roof spoiler with taillights connected horizontally by a coast-to-coast strip, and there is also a 25 mm wide retractable rear spoiler.
- It also got a dual-exhaust system made of titanium that weighs 18 kg lighter than other Cayenne cars, which improves airflow under the car.
- Behind them are standard carbon-ceramic disc brakes with a diameter of 44 cm at the front and 41 cm at the rear, with 10 pistons at the front.
Interior Design
- Inside, the cabin has been designed very similar to the standard Cayenne Turbo, with a new sports steering wheel, electrically adjustable front sports seats, and two single seats in the rear.
- An optional GT interior package is available, which adds various leather and Alcantara trim.
- Porsche’s latest PCM 6.0 communication system with enhanced infotainment functions with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration is also offered as standard.

Technical Specifications
- In terms of performance, the GT Turbo version was launched with a 4.0-litre V8 petrol engine, powered by a twin turbocharger.
- The engine has been modified in many parts to produce more power of 631 hp (471 kW) and a maximum torque of 850 Nm (626 lb-ft).
- It is 89 hp more powerful and 80 Nm more torque than the standard Cayenne Turbo Coupe.
- The engine is mated to an 8-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission, which sends power to the two axles via an all-wheel drive system, with more cooling for better performance.
- In terms of fuel efficiency, the car consumes 14.1 liters of fuel to cover a distance of 100 km, from a 90-liter fuel tank.
- It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds, according to official figures when equipped with the optional Sport Chrono package, while its top speed is limited to 300 km/h.
- It outperformed the Cayenne Turbo Coupe by 3.9 seconds, which can reach a top speed of 285 km / h.
- But during its real-world testing, it recorded better numbers, as it accelerated from 0 -100 km / h in 3.1 seconds, from 80 km / h – 120 km / h in 2.2 seconds, and reached a quarter mile in 11.6 seconds. .
- She also set a world record when she cut the famous Nürburgring circuit in Germany in a record time of 7:38.93 minutes.
- There are several updates to the suspension system that has become stiffer than other Porsche Cayenne cars, after boosting the air suspension by 15%, recalibrating the roll stabilization system and more.
