Citroen, the French manufacturer, has announced its latest model, the Citroen C5 2022X , a sporty SUV with front-wheel drive.

The Citroen C5 has functional updates and aesthetic touches on the exterior design, with some technologies, safety and entertainment, driver assistance systems, good storage space, in addition to improving its technical equipment and adding new, more modern technology.

It is a compact crossover vehicle suitable for daily and family commutes, characterized by strength and stability at high speeds, in addition to its elegant design with various safety and entertainment means, and its powerful engine that provides advanced performance to provide a more comfortable driving experience.

It is available in 3 versions of the equipment: the first category is Live, the second category is Feel, and the third category is Shine.

It is 4.5 meters long, 2 meters wide and 1,689 meters high, with a wheelbase of 2,730 meters, a ground clearance of 23 cm, and a spacious rear trunk with a capacity of 580 cubic liters and can be increased to 1,680 liters with the rear seats folded.

It is scheduled to be launched in European and Middle Eastern markets sometime before the end of this year.

It will compete with other cars such as Peugeot 3008, Opel Grandland, Hyundai Tucson and Kia Sportage.

The Citroen C5 is available in the UAE at a price ranging between 110 and 140 thousand dirhams.

It is also available in Egypt, through Al-Qasrawy Group, with 3 versions of the equipment, and it came with an increase in the price of about 8,000 pounds over the previous version.

Its price starts from 435 thousand pounds for the Live category, the price of the Feel category starts from 505,000 Egyptian pounds, while the price of the higher-equipped Shine category starts from 555,000 Egyptian pounds.
