Simple steps to check the shock absorbers while the car is stopped

Shock absorbers or what is known as (assistants) are one of the most important parts of the car, on which a large percentage of the car’s safety while driving depends.

To check this part in the car, the “Mallaky” website offers you a set of simple steps through which you can check the shock absorber yourself without the help of a specialized technician

Here are the steps

The first step

Make the car stand on one horizontal level

Then start checking the height of each side of the car, if the heights are equal, this means that the shock absorbers are in good condition, but if one side is lower than the other, this indicates damage to the shock absorber (auxiliary) on this side.

The second step

In the second step, press one of the sides of the car down, and then suddenly release it, if the car returns to its normal position without vibrations, it means that the assistants are in good condition in the car

But if the car takes some time to return to its normal position or if there are vibrations, this means that the shock absorber in this car is weak and needs to be changed

And you can repeat the previous steps on all corners of the car to check all the assistants in the car
