According to the European Automobile Club....this is the ideal temperature for car air conditioning
In light of the exposure of many Arab countries to a wave of high temperatures, one of the experts of the European Automobile Club 
ACE  stated that the ideal temperature for air conditioning the car should not differ from the temperature outside the car of 8 to 10 degrees Celsius, which means if the temperature outside the car 40 degrees Celsius, the ideal temperature inside the car should not exceed 30 degrees Celsius.
He also explained that the extreme drop in temperature inside the car during heat waves negatively affects the driver’s degree of attention, due to the effect on the internal functions of the body with the heating system. It may expose the driver to the risk of accidents – God forbid.
He also indicated that the ideal temperature of the car air conditioner should not be less than 21 degrees Celsius.
