Exterior design

  • From a formal point of view, the car got distinctive external modifications with a unique design, so that the car looks amazing, light and attractive.
  • Optimizing weight as a basic principle, many additional structural and aerodynamic parts are made of lightweight carbon fibre.
  • Techart has succeeded in reducing the Flyweight by 60 kg compared to the standard Turbo-S, despite the additional safety features and without compromising on the comfort of everyday life through the use of many parts made of carbon fiber.
  • Aerodynamic features of the Limited Edition include the signature carbon fiber front splitter, which splits incoming air and generates additional downforce, as well as the carbon rear air intake panel.
  • The front end features wider front fenders and a carbon fiber front hood.
  • We note the provision of integrated skid plates at the bottom of the car in order to improve aerodynamics and reduce air resistance to increase the efficiency of air distribution.
  • New carbon fiber front fenders with wheel arch extensions feature more efficient and prominent air intakes.
  • The sides feature parts that increase the sporty identity of this car with side air intakes.
  • The car wears newly developed 20″ front and 21″ rear alloy wheels with thinner spokes that save some weight, shod with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R high-grip tires.
  • At the rear, Techart has given the 911 Turbo S its iconic two-part spoiler that ensures airflow. The profile angle of the upper spoiler can be adjusted in three levels, according to downforce requirements allowing for improved aero balance depending on the track layout.
  • The lightweight polycarbonate rear window, specially developed by Techart, also saves a few kilograms to reduce the vehicle’s weight.
  • Each of the nineteen customers can fully customize the look of their cars, choosing between matte or high-gloss carbon parts, and full paint jobs are available in matte, gloss or special colors.

Interior Design

  • Moving on to the interior, Techart has upgraded the 911’s interior with many meticulously hand-crafted details, with the signature carbon fiber inserts heavily featured in the cabin.
  • Also in the interior, you sit on Recaro Podium CF seats with six-point seat belts and customer-designed 3D-printed upholstery and head and neck support systems.
  • Weighing less than 5 kilograms (only 4.9 kg), the high-tech seat covers are not only lightweight, but also enhanced by the Techart factory with hand-painted elements, embroidery and a special embossing.
  • Exclusive finishes include contrast-color subtle stitching and a Flyweight hex pattern.
  • Plus an embroidered Flyweight symbol and flawlessly designed stitching in matching colors on the door trim, seats, dashboard and center armrest.
  • There are no rear seats, but an improved rear rack and roll cage with carbon inserts as well as a lightweight carpet to reduce noise isolation further contribute to the weight optimization and intensify the cockpit driving experience.
  • 3D printed seat pads provide better ventilation and damping, while at the same time resulting in additional weight savings.
  • The GTstreet R Flyweight’s interior is completed by a custom steering wheel with straight-forward marking and painted rim.
