The way the carburetor works

The carburetor works to mix fuel (gasoline) with air in a regular ratio inside the engine, It measures, identifies, distributes and spreads the fuel in the form of fine-sized droplets.

The feeder (carburetor) consists of a fuel chamber and a float with a needle valve (buoy needle).Pipe, throttle, main nozzle and main pick. The tube allows the air stream to enter and pass through the intake manifold to the cylinders, where the fuel mixes with the air as it passes through the tube.. The pistons occur during their movement down in the intake strokes, disturbing the combustion chambers, and since the intake valves are open during the intake strokes, a vacuum occurs, also in the The intake manifold and since the pressure at the inlet of the feeder is atmospheric pressure, the pressure difference pushes the air through the tube to fill the vacuum, and accordingly there is a continuous air stream while the engine is running.  The fuel chamber is connected by ducts inside the feeder to the nozzle in the venturi tube. The float and the needle valve control the level of gasoline fuel in the float chamber. The float moves down and up through the articulated lever. When fuel is used, the float goes down and the needle valve allows the fuel to pass from the sump into the chamber. When the fuel surface rises to a certain extent, the float closes the valve and prevents the fuel from passing through.  There is a vent in the surface of the chamber that prevents the change of internal atmospheric pressure during a change in the fuel level. When the throttle valve (the carburetor gate) is opened and the air stream passes through the throttling of the Venture tube, its speed increases and the tube decreases. Pressure to evaporate fuel .. The feeder includes several nozzles and a wheel pump to suit the different speeds and openings of the throttle valve  But I know how, for example, to adjust the air, and this is when you remove the carburetor and open the air valve with a small screwdriver and the length of the exhaust. It turns gray to black. This means that a large amount of fuel has been burned, so you still need to adjust the carburetor’s response (adjust the fuel with the air)   _ As for cleaning the carburetor In a liquid sold at the petrol station to clean the entire petrol cycle, starting from the petrol tank, hoses, and petrol pump to the caliber. This is used when the performance of the Arabic language remains less than normal, and if the performance of the Arabic language is not good, the carburetor must go to a mechanic to remove his packages and take them. And if you know its location, untie it because its location differs between each Arab model and the other.
