For the first time while the engine is running

While the engine is running during the run-down period (for a new engine or that has been overhauled during the first period of operation (the first 1,000 km), it is recommended that I do the following:
Do not increase the engine rotation at high speeds, avoid starting the engine quickly, and do not drive at high speed for a long time. Not loading the car with heavy loads, and not towing any trailer during this period.
