Comparison of Audi Diesel and Nissan Murano

Nissan Murano
Nissan Murano Crossover has begun to show some features of the new designs, and this is what we noticed after the Japanese car manufacturer revealed a digital image of what the new model will look like.
Design: The
design is very different from the look we are used to seeing the car on, as the new design is based on the Nissan Resonance concept that was revealed at the Detroit Auto Show last year.
The modified front integrates with the new grille that appears to carry chrome front teeth, helping to integrate the headlights smoothly, the wave-like side lines, which start from the headlights, and from above the fenders to the rear of the car, a completely different design from the existing and bold.
At the rear, the rear quarter glass is complemented by a dual exhaust design, with the tail lamps perfectly complementing the shape of the headlights, while the lines bounce back to the tailgate and glass.
New Murano interiors:
Although we didn’t get a closer look at the interior, glimpses reveal that the new dashboard’s arrangements resemble the latest model of the Altima mid-size sedan, and drivers can expect smooth seating compared to the outgoing model.
Like the Altima, the interior is expected to be made from higher quality materials, and to include technologies such as NissanConnect, which aid digital connectivity, access to the navigation system, and more.
driving force:
If we can fantasize at our convenience, we’d hope the 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V6 from the Nissan GT-R. But if we think more realistically, the most likely engine is the Ultima.
So expect a 3.5-liter V6 with 270 horsepower, possibly alongside a smaller hybrid 2.5-liter supercharged four-cylinder, along with the next-generation XTRONIC CVT transmission. The unit is said to help improve fuel economy, quietness and acceleration.
Chassis and Platform
For the next generation, the Murano will share what is known as the ‘D platform’ with most Nissan crossovers, which is now on the Maxima, Pathfinder and Altima. And of course it supports all-wheel drive.
Market situation:
Based on the current status of mid-size crossovers, it is expected that the competition will be directly from models such as the Ford Edge, Hyundai Santa Fe, Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango in their next generations.
