At least the hardware is already present in the Tesla Model S Blade, but the software does not exist
Car editors often sing about the cool things about the Tesla Model S Plaid — and the numbers the brand delivers are impressive. Although I personally doubt the impressive tee time to 60 mph (97 kph) and find it a bit questionable, other than that I think we can all agree that the other numbers mentioned during the day of delivery will be actionable when customers receive their cars Silent luxury sedan. Everything Tesla said would be accurate except for the 200 mph (322 km/h) speed that Tesla said.

The Tesla Model S Blaid has a problem with top speed as the top speed specified in the Plaid requires proper wheels and tires, which will be available in fall 2021.” According to Tesla, the wheels and tires needed for 200 mph are available on Plaid now, but the acceleration is contingent on a software update to reach the stated speeds, which means that the software is not currently available.

This means that if Tesla Model S Plaid owners who want to hit the advertised top speed will have to wait until September. But that doesn’t mean their $130,000 electric car won’t deliver the proper gearing needed for such incredible speeds.

To reach a top speed of 200 mph, Tesla Model S Plaid buyers need to choose 21-inch Arachnid wheels that come standard with a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The automaker said that the combination of alloys and rubber had been validated to reach the stated top speed.

What if the Tesla Model S Blade didn’t update?
Prior to a required software update, the Tesla Model S plaid will be limited to only 163 mph (262 km/h) even when equipped with the $4,500 21-inch wheels.

This does not mean that these numbers are not impressive . In addition to these distinctive numbers, Tesla can cut the second quarter by a distance of 9.24 miles at a speed of 152 mph (249 km/h), numbers on par with the Bugatti Chiron, McLaren P1 and Dodge Challenger Demon.
The 2022 Tesla Model 3 has an official starting price of $46,990 for its base rear-wheel drive trim (formerly known as the Standard Range Plus). This makes it the cheapest Tesla car currently offered.
Tire Options in Tesla Model S Blade

Two sets of wheels are available on the Tesla Model S Plaid. Standard are 19-inch “Tempest” wheels, as well as optional 21-inch “Arachnid” wheels, which come standard with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. In fact, the Tesla Model S Blaid needs that last set of wheels and tires — 21 inches — if you want the Blaid to eventually hit 200 mph. Tesla says it has checked the tire and wheel package and verified that they fit the claimed top speed.
However, early Model S Plaid owners who had Arachnid wheels couldn’t reach the top speed of 200 mph. Until a software update rolls out “in the future,” all S Plaids models will be limited to 163 MPH.

Is this really important? Not right. Aside from the fact that there are quite a few places in the world where you can legally and safely travel at 200mph, our information shows that the Tesla Model S Blade will not exceed its current top speed of 163mph,
