Chinese Geely Emgrand 2022 model in its fourth generation

The Chinese company, Geely, has launched the all-new fourth generation of the Geely Emgrand model in China in the 2022 model year, after a torrent of leaks and suspenseful spy shots earlier this year.

The company has developed the new generation of Geely Emgrand to be completely different from previous generations with luxurious exterior and interior aesthetic upgrades, visual modifications, improved dynamic performance, in addition to an advanced technology level, safety, entertainment and comfort factors to meet all user needs.

• It is an economic sedan with a compact size, characterized by great looks, efficiency and safety, with an advantage in spacious interior spaces, higher handling capabilities and better performance to provide an advanced driving experience.
• It is considered one of the best-selling models in China for nine consecutive years, with sales of about 3.25 million copies, and is very popular in global markets and in the Middle East countries.
• It is supposed to be launched in the Chinese market soon, during the third quarter of this year, as a 2022 model. The company did not announce the date of its arrival in markets outside China.
• It is built on a new build base known as BMA that Geely uses on its Coolray, Ben Ray and Icon models.
• The new generation of the car came with some changes in dimensions, where the size of the car was slightly increased to provide more space, it added 6 mm in length and 31 mm in width, as well as lowering its height from the ground by a total of 10 mm with the same wheelbase.
• It is 4638 mm long, 1820 mm wide and 1460 mm high, with a wheelbase of 2650 mm.
• It competes with many cars such as the MG 5, Suzuki Ciaz and Citroen C Elysee.

The price of the Chinese Geely Emgrand 2022

The 2022 Geely Emgrand will be available at an economical price, as its price in China starts from 87,000 yuan .

The standard-range version starts at about $31,000 where the long-range version’s starting price is $34,000.
