Cars often get scratched as a result of road accidents or friction, which causes inconvenience to their owners, especially with repetition, which costs them a lot, so here are tips for how to do half the treatment before you go to the car workshop to paint the scratched part.
- What you will need: a wax remover, different sized sanding paper, putty, a can of zinc spray paint, chrome, a squeegee, and a piece of cloth.
- Wash the scratched part of the car and after it has dried, apply it with wax remover, then bring the sandpaper fixed with a piece of plastic and start wiping the scratched part, then clean it.
- Get a larger sandpaper and start wiping again to clean any traces left by the smaller sandpaper, until the scratched part looks completely polished.
- Wash the scratched part with water only, then dry it with a piece of cloth and let it dry completely.
- Get a can of spraying zinc paint and paint the area after sticking pieces of newspaper around the scratched area to protect other parts of the car from painting. When you are spraying the paint, make sure to keep your hands 30 cm away from the scratched place.
- Apply the treated paste for car scratches and put it on the squeegee, then start wiping the scratched place, then wipe with wet sandpaper until it is completely polished, after that the car can be taken to the car workshop until the scratched part is applied.
