Surprisingly many people make these mistakes while washing their car! Do you do it too?
When it comes to car washing, sponges are the enemy of car paint. 
A sponge has a flat surface, some pebbles may get stuck in it and once you rub it on your car it will scratch the paint and horrible things you don’t want to see in your car. You should use a car wash mitt instead of a sponge because it is nice and soft to the touch and does not pose any harm to the car.
Don’t use just one bucket. 
It is best to bring two buckets, one for washing and containing foam soap, and another with water for rinsing, other than having a car wash mitt, which will get dirty very quickly and must be cleaned and most importantly, make sure that it does not contain any grit.
Use washing up liquid instead of shampoo: 
This will clean your car, but it will remove any polish you recently added to your car.
Car polishing during washing: 
Caring for the appearance of the car looks good and it is worth the effort because it will add an extra protective layer, but not during washing.
Leave the car to dry automatically: 
Surprisingly many people, once they are done washing and rinsing the car, leave it to dry on its own, it will certainly dry, but to have time use a soft-touch towel. Avoid washing the car in direct sunlight, because you must dry it immediately before water leaves car marks.
Not cleaning the wheel arches: 
Washing a car isn’t just about cleaning parts that you can see. Especially in older cars, it is worth a little time to clean the wheel arches. If you do not do this, mud will form and lead to moisture, and moisture leads to rust. And rust leads to having to do like the man in the picture.
Allowing someone else to do the car wash: 
Unfortunately, many of us do not have enough time to wash the car ourselves, on the other hand, the cleaning shop (laundry) can be very tempting. However, it is difficult to know what tools are used to clean your car or if the person doing the washing knows what to do. Of course, if you are confident and able to find excellent and efficient places to wash your car and reassure it, let them do it.
