The Japanese company Toyota has officially unveiled a set of images of its latest test version of the Toyota Aygo 2022 X Prologue, in preparation for the production version of the all-new 2022 Aygo model in its third and new generation, a car that belongs to the compact crossover category.
The company has re-designed it, as the most advanced Toyota Aygo has new capabilities with a modern and youthful design and many technological features with a multitude of safety, entertainment and advanced driver assistance systems that we will learn about during this report.

A compact crossover in the A-Class, its compact size makes it suitable for cruising on narrow European streets for a more enjoyable driving experience.
It will be based on the same platform as the latest Yaris Super Mini, the GA-B platform.
It measures 3.7 meters in length and 1.5 meters in height with a wheelbase of 2.43 meters, while the current version has a length of 3,465 meters, a height of 1.46 meters and a wheelbase of 2.34 meters.
This new car replaces its successful city car as it was developed exclusively by Toyota, eliminating the French companies Peugeot and Citroen from interfering in its parts.
The company has not announced the date of the official unveiling of its new car until this moment, but it is expected that the launch will take place at the end of this year or in the middle of next year.

- The revealed images show a modern, youthful design with a strong orange body, two-tone paint scheme and a clean front end that has ditched the iconic X-shaped nose.
- A two-layer bonnet with the company logo on its front edge on a black background, a large black lower grille integrated with the front bumper, as well as side air vents and a pair of distinctive hexagonal fog lights.
- The distinctive C-shaped design lamps are linked together by a thin LED light strip, fixed ceiling line and high ceiling bars.
- Plus, glossy black accents on the rear and on the roof, some sharp lines, and small side mirrors with action cameras in their covers to capture special moments of exploration.
- From the rear, the car looks more sophisticated, as it features vertical taillights placed on both sides of the wide tailgate, connected by an ultra-thin LED light strip, a rear spoiler integrated into the roof, as well as a bike rack in the rear skid plate integrated into the rear bumper.
- From the sides, the Toyota Aygo 2022 is characterized by a high ride, as it dispensed with the protruding door handles and replaced them with door handles installed in the form of a flow.
- Added to this are massive 19-inch wheels wrapped in Goodyear’s AigoX tires and large fenders with flared arches.
