British automaker McLaren has announced the new version of its latest LT765 Spyder, as the company released a set of initial teaser images of this car before its official unveiling, a super sports car.
The McLaren LT765 Spyder’s powerful performance, impressive capabilities, powerful design language, lighter weight and optimized shape, with more downforce and aerodynamic elements make it the most powerful LT convertible to date in McLaren history.

It is a unique sports coupe based on the S720 model as well as with the rear-wheel drive system, characterized by power, speed and innovative aerodynamics for greater downforce and balanced performance with the ability to stability and cornering for a pure and enjoyable driving experience on all types of roads.
To increase its speed, its weight has been reduced through the extensive use of light and solid carbon fibers in the chassis components, with a titanium exhaust system that is about 40% lighter in weight and thinner glass than the previous version.
It weighs 1,388 kilograms, after about 80 kilograms lower than the S720, relying more on the light and rigid carbon fiber and is 108 pounds heavier than the coupe.
Its retractable one-piece carbon fiber hardtop can be raised or lowered in just 11 seconds at speeds of up to 31 mph.
The car’s appearance was supposed to come for the first time during the Geneva International Motor Show, which was canceled due to the Corona pandemic.
The company is expected to manufacture it in a limited edition, which is limited to only 765 copies worldwide.

As its name dictates, just 765 models will be produced. Deliveries are slated to begin in September and, although pricing hasn’t been confirmed, we’d bet on the 765LT costing in the region of $350,000 – that would make it similarly priced to the Ferrari 488 Pista.
